We want you to love your manicure, but if a product isn't right for you, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and within the 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original box to prevent damage during transit and include your order slip inside the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Ship the package back to our warehouse; once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
